To safeguard your property, we use corner guards and drop cloths throughout our work. Every service begins and ends with a walk-through inspection, ensuring you’re fully informed and completely satisfied.

We use advanced equipment to break loose and collect contaminants from deep inside your system. Our video inspection technology provides before-and-after footage, giving you peace of mind that your ducts are truly clean. This process improves indoor air quality, reduces allergens, and helps your HVAC system run more efficiently.

After cleaning, we seal all access points with sheet metal, screws, and aluminum tape to restore system integrity. Following NADCA’s recommendation, we suggest duct cleaning every 3–5 years, or more often if you’ve had recent renovations or infrequent filter changes.

As part of our full-service offering, AirWell also provides Level 1 & Level 2 chimney inspections and chimney sweeping, performed by a CSIA-Certified Chimney Sweep. Our process includes:

• Sweeping to remove soot, creosote, and blockages that increase fire risk.
• Inspection of your chimney’s flue, cap, and damper to ensure safe operation.
• Video scanning (Level 2) when needed, to detect hidden damage or buildup.
• Condition report with recommendations for ongoing maintenance and safety.

This service not only enhances efficiency but also significantly reduces the risk of chimney fires and carbon monoxide intrusion.
