We arrive in an Air Well branded vehicle, our technicians are in full uniform with shoe covers, we use corner guards, drop cloths and perform a walk-through before and after our service.
We use sophisticated video inspection equipment which gives us an advantage by allowing us to show our customers the before and after videos of the dirt and debris that was deep inside their vents.
There are two key components to HVAC cleaning: breaking contaminants loose and collection of contaminants.
The NADCA recommends air duct cleaning every three to five years. You might need air duct cleaning more often, however, if you have not changed your furnace filter regularly – we’re all busy, we understand – or if you had home renovations completed (construction dust).
After the air duct system is thoroughly cleaned, we patch up any access holes that were cut with sheet metal, metal screws and aluminum tape.
We then apply a sanitizer throughout the entire air duct system. This kills mold, mildew, bacteria, and anything that might potentially be growing in your vents.
